A little bit of regular sugar (honey, real maple syrup, brown sugar, stevia) is better than fake sugar. Your body does not recognize fake sugar (splenda, aspartame) as a real food. It is a chemical so some of it stays in your body and is difficult for your body to get rid of. If you stick to more natural/ clean food your body will burn it off and use it as fuel much for efficiently and therefore will store less food as fat in your body! Goodluck!

to help with the pop you need to slowly reduce your intake so if you have 3 a day then limit it down to like 1 a day until you can completely stop i used to be “addicted” and that really helped with the headaches.

Oh! Also, consuming dairy products has been proven to help reduce fat in the stomach area. But not too much, because otherwise it could be fattening. And having a piece or two of cheese as a snack helps you eat less, because cheese fills you up. So having a piece of cheese before your meals should help you eat a bit less. Hey! I just wanted to say that I love that you started this channel! Also, green tea is great if you’re trying to lose weight. If you drink lots of it, it helps to boost up your metabolism. I’m not sure if you have these in the USA, but the One A Day Weight Smart vitamins are great too! They have green tea extract in them that also helps boost metabolism. I’ve been taking them for a little while now, and I can see a bit of a difference already!!

also…watch out on the whole replacing “pop” with juice.yes, juice is good for you (and V8 is one of the better ones)but check out the sugar content on the juice.its almost the same as drinking a soda.try buying the diet V8 juices if you really need something to replace soda (besides water).they have alot less sugar and calories.also, try buying water bottles and getting those crystal light packets.they have no sugar and only 5 calories per bottle of water you drink.

dont worry so much about getting organic food. i know its considered better for you, but it definately is more expencieve. as long as you stay away from heavily processed foods (processed meats…ie. lunch meats….processed cheeses…like the kraft singles…and then the obvious chips and junk food) ….basically stay away from anything that has a super long shelf life…getting regular veggies is completely fine. dont break the bank just for the name “organic”
